2012 SANCTION APPLICATION'S
All 2012 Sanction applications are to be submitted on TennisLink by Tuesday, September 12th, 2011.
2012 Sanction fees
$35 per sanction if submitted by September 12th, 2011
$75 per sanction if submitted after September 12th, 2011
Helpful Tips:
Member Organization must be current through the end of your 2012 tournament date.

List your tournament referee (click here for a list for 2011 approved referees)
Your Junior Tournament Referee must attend the Tournament Director's Workshop on Sat., December 3rd, 2011.
Under the GENERAL tab, only select "District Event” as the category. Wrong selection may cause your application to be submitted late ($40 late fee).
Entry deadline date AND Draws posted date must be listed.
Under the EVENTS tab, make sure each division in the Event Group has the correct entry fee listed. (a few tournaments had $0 listed and players were not charged an entry fee)
Please select a 2ndand 3rdchoice date, this helps committee decision when multiple applications request the same weekend.
Check the 2012 calendar for holidays / events that may conflict with your tournament date.
Please don't wait until the last minute to submit applications. If you have a problem or question, I may not be available.
