2009 SANCTION APPLICATIONS

1. 2009 Sanction Applications are to be submitted on TennisLink using the On-Line Sanction Form. NO PAPER SANCTION APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

2. The deadline for ALL 2009 Sanction Applications and Fee's are due by the end of business, Tuesday, September 2^nd, 2008.

a. You may pay the sanction fee online to avoid the possible delay of mail since Monday, Sept. 3rd is a National Holiday.

3. The Sanction Fee's are as follows:

a. $35 Sanction Fee: If both online application AND fee are received by Tuesday, September 2^nd, 2008 @ 5pm.
b. $75 Sanction Fee: If both online application AND fee are received AFTER Tuesday, September 2^nd, 2008 @ 5pm. ( If both are received at 5:01 p.m....it is considered late)

All sanction applications must be submitted through the on-line sanction application on TennisLink.
