To join the USTA, call the USTA Membership number at (800) 990-USTA (8782) and follow the instructions for new members. You will need a Visa or MasterCard to join by phone. You will receive a USTA number immediately and you will be given the option for an immediate fax back confirmation of your new number. You will receive your membership kit and card in approximately 6-8 weeks.
