Tri-Level tennis is designed to give the smaller communities throughout Louisiana that are unable to form traditional league teams the opportunity to participate in USTA League Tennis. Tri-Level tennis is available in towns/communities that currently do not have a traditional USTA league program.

A men’s tri-level team is comprised of one 3.0 doubles team, one 3.5 doubles team, and one 4.0 doubles team. A women’s tri-level team is comprised of one 2.5 doubles team, one 3.0 doubles team, and one 3.5 doubles team.

The Tri-Level State Tournament will be a one-day tournament on April 19, 2008.

  • 8-game pro sets will be used for all matches.

  • Lunch will be provided for players.

  • In the event of a rainout there will be no refunds.

For a room with a king bed and sofa pull out: LTALTAA
For a room with two queen beds: LTALTAB

 The cut-off date for these rooms is March 28, 2008.  Please reserve your rooms before this date to ensure availability.  The special group rate is $89.00.

  • Doubles teams are allowed to “play-up”. Ex. A 3.0 doubles team can play the 3.5 court.

  • Players use current computer rating or self-rating (if no computer rating)

  • USTA Membership is required.

  • TennisLink Registration is required.

  • No NTRP Dynamic Disqualification or NTRP Grievance Procedures

  • Tri-Level match results will not be entered into year-end computer rating calculations

  • $8 TennisLink fee

  • State tournament fee: $25.00 per player

  • Deadline to declare representing team for state tournament is April 5, 2008

  • Must receive state tournament entry fee ($25/player) by Wednesday April 9, 2008
