Tournament Regulations

Draws - Updated 9/23/08 - Minor change in the 6.0 and 7.0 Div III schedules for Sat. morning!

Schedules - 9/24/08 - There has been another update involving the same 6.0 and 7.0 Div III teams. Again it's minor so please make a note of the new changes with this schedule!
9.0 Schedules - Schedules are finished. Look frward to seeing you there!
9.0 Levels can add players up until the day before the event and if you have a player registered on another team and want them moved to a different team, let me know ASAP so we don't register them on two different teams.

Check in will begin at Hootmon's on Friday afternoon at 2:30 PM! The address is listed in the Tournament Regulations!

Holiday Inn has extended the room block until 9/19/08

Holiday Inn has 20 - 30  rooms - could be more depending on work crews

Homewood Suites - 11 ($149 per night)  12 ($159 per night)

Hampton Suites - computers are down - has some rooms, but could not give a count

Comfort Inn & suites - no rooms at this time - if work crews finish up, they will have rooms coming open, but as of now they are booked until October

La Quinta - 22 kings, no queens

Marriott - about  20 (sales rep has not called back or responded to email).

Mixed State has a history for rain and as most of you know, it will typically rain for a short bit and the courts will be dry quickly. Be prepared to sit and wait at your site in the event of rain. We will resume play as quickly as possible.
